With all your scoops on these UFA's one would assume tampering is a major factor since until July 1st their rights are still owned by their current teams?

So how could teams be making a push for certain UFAs

While it has been anticipated that if a Canucks goaltender gets traded it will be Luongo, I am of the opinion that it isn’t that simple. The GM’s job is to do what is best for the team as a whole: even if it was decided that Schneider is a better goalie than Luongo, it’s entirely likely that Schneider would bring back more in a trade, thus making the entire team better. Schneider is younger, has less baggage, and doesn’t have the potentially burdensome long-term contract, so would potentially be more tempting to other GMs around the league.

So if Lindback is worth two second-round picks and a third-round pick, how much is Schneider worth?

please god no to Stoll...

I have a feeling we are gonna pay him like Leino to hopefully make a switch from 3rd line center to be our 1st because we can't get any other 1C's in UFAs or trade.

f my life!

Good, let Radulov leave...it's an embarrassment to have him in the NHL.

As fun as that would be having him in Toronto...he just lost in the SC Finals...to leave NJ and chose Toronto just doesn't make sense.

This close to the day for signing UFA's. You have to believe PAP is testing the market.

That would normally be funny, but less so for a Sabres fan. Where talent goes to die.

Of the two Canadian franchises, Toronto is better than Buffalo.
